Organizations
Organizations are multi-tenant workspaces for Team and Enterprise customers — share BYOK keys, run centralized billing, enforce org-level policy, and manage access. Free and Pro are single-user (1 seat) and do not have multi-member orgs.
What is an organization?
An organization is a shared workspace where team members collaborate on AI projects. Orgs provide centralized billing, BYOK key management, role-based access control, and org-level policy enforcement. Every member of an org operates under the org's settings and governance rules.
Organization features
- Role-based access — owner, admin, manager, member, and viewer roles with scoped permissions
- Centralized billing — per-seat subscription with org-level BYOK key management
- Enterprise SSO integration — SAML 2.0 and OIDC for enterprise identity providers
- Enterprise SCIM provisioning — automated user and group sync from directory services
- Policy enforcement — org-level settings for Agent Review, agent deployment, and more
Creating an organization
Organizations are created from the dashboard on the Team and Enterprise plans; Free and Pro accounts have only their auto-provisioned single-user org and cannot create another. The creator becomes the org owner with full administrative access. From there, invite team members, configure roles, and set up enterprise features as needed.
